Jess Gillam is joined by the Scottish jazz pianist and composer Fergus McCreadie for a listening party.

Celebrated for blending the spirit of Scottish folk with jazz to great effect, Fergus's 2022 album Forest Floor was nominated for the Mercury Prize and made him the first jazz artist to win Scottish Album of the Year. He was also the first non-classical musician to be chosen as a BBC New Generation Artist, back in 2022.

Fergus and Jess exchange music by Brahms, Saariaho, Scott Walker, Martin Hayes, Nicole Glover, and Eduard Kuenneke.
