    Men's 800m freestyle final

Northern Ireland's search for a first gold medal goes on.

Rhys McClenaghan and Daniel Wiffen were seen as the big medal hopes, so it's difficult to see where that gold comes from now.

Wiffin will be back for the 1500m on Wednesday. He's the Olympic bronze medallist in that event, but the 800m was seen as his big chance.

    Men's 3,000m steeplechase

We are about to get started with the steeplechase.

Kenya have three athletes involved and the nation usually dominates this event but England's Mark Pearce and Kristian Imroth will be hoping to upset the status quo.

Though maybe if anyone is going to provide the upset it's likely to be world champion Geordie Beamish of New Zealand.

    An intriguing watch, no doubt.
