Image source, Getty ImagesThat Jack Brown try just before half-time was absolutely massive. It's brought us right back into it. There are two points in it now. We can kick on from there.

We knew it was going to go to the wire, but I think England needed this half-time break. They needed to gather themselves so they can cut out some of the silly errors. Maybe there are a few nerves with some of the silly penalties we've seen.

France's Arno Vargas, speaking to BBC Two:
"England have had good preparation, and we have had good preparation. Is this the best France have played? No. I think we have had other good matches at this tournament. This is not the moment to speak about the match as a whole."

I'm quite calm to be honest. The tension's going to get worse. If you're tense at this point, you just need to relax. It's going to be like this up to the last minutes of the game. Keep calm and we're going to be fine.

On the Jack Brown non-try, I've been told it's a safety issue.
Brown dived for the line and in doing so wasn't in control of his chair, so the referee rightly ruled it out.
Luckily for England, they scored another just before the break.

England's Seb Bechara speaking to BBC Two:
"We're equal without their two-point penalty. I thought the other Jack Brown try was a try but sometimes it doesn't go your way.
"It was a bit extra [physicality] and some difficult decisions but that's what you get in a World Cup final. It's a difficult test."

That Jack Brown try has lifted the crowd here and came at the right time for England.
Brown’s introduction to the game was greeted with a huge cheer and his try was as warmly received.

Jack Brown, goal Nathan Collins
What a try for England right on half-time!!!
Nathan Collins sets up fellow sub Jack Brown who slides beyond his defender with some silky steering and grounds the ball under the posts.
Collins' kick for extras cuts the gap to two.

And now France come forward. This would be a huge blow for England.
Not quite this time for France as a kick goes out of play.

They officials are saying it's a double movement. For me, that's incorrect. Jack Brown has got that down legitimately.

This call is wrong. No TV refs in the wheelchair game and Jack Brown has been denied a stunning individual try on the dive.
