    There goes Razaullah!

The 21-year-old gets his run count going in ODI cricket with a big six over mid-wicket off Gus Atkinson's final ball.

It feels as though the runs have to come from the bat of Shadab Khan.

Shadab has to be the aggressor here.

I just wonder how many of today's critics and doubters were gushing when Harry was in full flight a few days ago. So fickle. True supporters look for positives.

  5. How stat?!published at 14:42 GMT 25 October

Gus Atkinson is coming back for the first time since the 11th over.

He hit a good length with 80% of his deliveries in his opening spell, the highest percentage an England seamer has registered in a powerplay spell in an ODI since 2007.

No runs for Razaullah in his first over, just the first-ball single that brought him on strike and a wide.

Shadab Khan was holding his partner's helmet by the grille at the non-striker's end, which is rather village.

    Thanks Tim.

Here's Razaullah, who can swing a bat if the final Test in England is anything to go by.

He's not wearing a helmet and facing Liam Dawson.

Shaheen Shah Afridi only bats one certain way. For me, he only ever swings hard, and he tries to find the boundary.

Shaheen Afridi tees off - picking up four with a slog across the line - but ends up surrendering his wicket next ball.

The Pakistan captain then slashes at the final delivery of Jamie Overton's spell and it goes down the throat of Sam Curran who scuttles in from deep third.

Shadab Khan pulls a bit of a freebie short ball for four then attempts to repeat it next ball, and gets a let off after a catch is shelled by the diving Gus Atkinson.

Some of the reactions after our innings, you’d have thought we’d never win a game again! Cricket is a sport of swings and roundabouts.

That's a soft, soft dismissal. Salman Ali Agha has worked so hard for his 20-odd runs, but Liam Dawson was on top if him. Such a simple dismissal.

Liam Dawson's perseverance brings him a wicket again.

Nothing more than good control over line and length from the England left-arm spinner and Salman Agha sends it skywards.

Salman cannot get the distance, and Sam Curran safely pouches the catch at deep long-off.

Curran turns and grins to the crowd.

  18. How's stat?!published at 14:25 GMT 25 October
