With millions poised to watch the second Celebrity Traitors final tonight former star Joe Scott looks back on how the series has played out so far.

The series three Faithful and Southampton teacher spoke to BBC Radio Solent's Katie Martin about his highlights and how it compared to last year's season.

He also shared his views on who the winner could be, as well as little things that could give away a contestant's position.

"What a series it's been," he said. "I can't see how the Faithfuls can win, but you never know with this game."

He said a series highlights was the first banishment of a Traitor.

"Obviously Richard [E Grant] helped them with that massive slip up," he said.

"I thought Maya [Jama] and James [Acaster] are just going to keep recruiting people to throw under the bus and that was going to be the gameplan.

"But they decided not to do that, and I thought 'interesting'."

Scott said he found Jama to have been "the best Traitor" so far in the series.

"I do think she's the most at risk," he said. "I think they all know she's a very switched on person so I think people might, as it gets to the very end, start questioning her over the other two."

The teacher also pointed out the contrast in her demeanour with previous season winner and Traitor Alan Carr.

"He was amazing. It's just Alan being Alan, so I think they sort of believed it," he said.

"I think they think when people are more nervous, ironically, they think it's not because they're a traitor. They're just nervous in the game.

"But I think Faithfuls get so nervous and stressed, whereas the Traitors are the ones that are a bit more cool, calm and collected."

Scott said that due to the growing popularity of the show, people "tripped up on the silliest things" as fans gained more insight.

He said: "They said that to Leigh-Anne [Pinnock], she was like touching up her lip gloss and they were like 'Why would she be doing that if she was going home?', so it's little things like that."

He also said "shock" moments in the finale were "always fun" to see.

"That is the joy of the show - when people just genuinely have no idea, there's always the ones they think are the Traitors," he said.

When it came to who would be the last one standing, Scott said he "really can't call it".

"A betting person would have to say there's three Traitors left, surely it's going to go in their favour, but it's difficult - the game can change at any moment," he said.

"I'm team Traitor. I never used to be but I've just gone to the dark side and I've enjoyed the Traitors this year."

The Celebrity Traitors airs at 20:00 GMT on BBC One.
