Wildlife cameras capture conservation success
Cameras have been installed in woodlands at the RAF St Mawgan site in Cornwall in a bid to identify what local wildlife has visited the area.
The wildlife trail cameras were set up at the end of June and were collected at the start of October.
They captured foxes, badgers, roe deer, tawny owl, field mice, rabbits, squirrels, Eurasian jays and bats.
It said the wildlife monitoring is a continuation of the work started by the station's Environmental Action Group, a collection of individuals who are passionate about conservation.
