Underwater hockey makes a splash in Devon

"Honestly it takes a lot to explain it, because everyone that you tell it to is so confused what it is."

Underwater hockey, or Octopush, has been making a splash at the Life Centre in Plymouth.

Ali Hood, junior coach and club referee, said it involved a puck which weighed 1.3kg and the aim was to get it into the goal at the other end of the pool.

Plymouth Active described it as a "brilliant sport" which brought people of all ages together.
